Using electric mixer, beat powdered sugar and butter in large bowl until light. Beat in egg and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Mix just to combine. Divide dough in half. Gather each piece into ball; flatten into disks. Wrap in plastic and chill 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 325°F. Roll out 1 dough disk on floured work surface to 1/8-inch thickness. Using vagina-shaped form, cut out cookies by tracing with a knife. Transfer cookies to ungreased baking sheets, spacing 1 inch apart. Gather dough scraps; reroll to 1/8-inch thickness. Cut out more cookies.
Bake cookies until pale golden, about 13 minutes. Transfer cookies to racks; cool. Repeat with remaining dough disk.
Make royal icing by mixing powdered sugar with enough milk to achieve desired consistency. It should be fluid and not too stiff. Add a few drops of red food coloring to make flesh-toned frosting.
Tip: Leave the frosting white, or add a drop of green food coloring, for a more undead look.
When cookies have cooled completely, cover with a thin layer of royal icing and let sit at least two hours, until frosting has set. Prepare vampire fangs by slicing candy corn in half sideways at a 45-degree angle, using a knife; make two upper fangs per vagina. Make lower teeth by cutting the white tip off candy corn; make four lower teeth per vagina.

Use pink decorator frosting to outline your vagina, then fill in the center with red frosting. Set the upper and lower vampire teeth in the frosting around the vaginal opening. Use the remaining pink frosting to create raised labia around the vagina. Use red decorator gel if desired for the effect of blood dripping off the teeth.
